• Finvi is looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Generalist
• This position will be remote.
• The Talent Acquisition & People Ops Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our People Operations department.
• This position is perfect for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about talent acquisition or people operations and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
• You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support.

• Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position.

Requirements: • Degree in business, human resources, or related field is preferred1-3 years recruiting experience preferred • Proven candidate experience program management preferred • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills required • Proficient computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft products required • Advanced skills in Excel a plus • Experience using applicant tracking systems is required (Pinpoint preferred) • Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines • Ability to work effectively with other team members • Ability to coach and train others to improve their execution of talent acquisition responsibilities • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and interviewing skills • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Polished, strong written and verbal communication skills
