Description:
• Work in front of a computer for approximately 8 hours speaking with members
• Listen to member’s needs and provide direction for care
• Build a trusting and caring relationship with members
• Educate members on benefits and health resources
• Document and track contacts with members
• Resolve issues with limited management intervention
• Collaborate with colleagues for the best customer experience
• Coach and assist in call center staff development

Requirements: • Must work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm EST • Customer Service experience in a transaction based environment • 1+ year of Microsoft Office Suite Experience • Experience working multiple screens and applications • Effective organizational skills • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
