What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Consult with leaders to understand the requirements and qualifications for vacant positions
 Screen and select qualified candidates for the interviewing phase
 Conduct reference and credential checks to verify candidate backgrounds
 Organize and attend job fairs and other networking opportunities
 Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 At least two years of human resources or related experience required
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for conducting interviews
 Strong organizational skills
 Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
 SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
 SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus
 Experience with Workday is a plus
