 Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
 Able to perform 200 inbound and outbound calls per day
 Answer telephones and transmit messages
 Provide accurate information
 Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
 Computer literate
 Classify and organize Reports and Tickets
 Arrange items in alphanumeric or subject order
 Speak clearly
 Work independently
 Plan, schedule and organize work
 Maintain a positive work environment
 Ensure the quality of work as measured against established standards

ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES
 Answers inbound calls for Order delivery, responds to questions
 Perform Outbound calls to customers
 Communicates with customers
 Keys orders via numeric
 Process Special Delivery orders
 Processes all Fax orders
 Completes Driver Notes
 Process late orders, Credit and Complaint forms
 Researches and compiles information
 Attends meetings and serves on temporary committees, as requested
 Ensures office equipment is in working order
 Attends assigned training sessions
 Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested
