Responsibilities:  Teamwork and product expertise are crucial elements in meeting customer expectations and providing top-quality sales service  A winning combination of selling proficiency, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations are necessary for a thriving retail business  To stay motivated, create a vision board of your goals and remind yourself regularly of why you're working towards them  Asks probing questions to establish the necessities of every patron  Skillfulness in Learning and Sharing Expertise about Merchandise and Trends to Meet Customers Needs  Exhibits a deep understanding of all product-related information, ranging from the latest innovations to emerging industry trends  When employees feel that they are part of a team and have a sense of belonging in the workplace, they are more likely to engage in their work and contribute to a positive atmosphere
Qualifications:  Novice Retail Professional  Providing world-class customer service requires feeling confident and at ease when interacting with patrons  The interaction with customers and athletic products fuels a passion to achieve exceptional outcomes  Starts performing duties or tasks without being closely supervised  The job necessitates adaptability in scheduling, including availability on weekends, holidays, and during nontraditional hours
