We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Facility Credentialing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in conducting primary source verifications and managing end-to-end credentialing processes for facilities. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest level of integrity in our credentialing operations.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct primary source verifications in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. • Prepare and process end-to-end credentialing packets for facilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely credentialing and re-credentialing processes. • Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all credentialing activities. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as accreditation standards (e.g., NCQA, URAC, Joint Commission). • Serve as a point of contact for credentialing inquiries, both internally and externally. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with facilities and governing bodies.

Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility credentialing, including primary source verifications and full-cycle credentialing processes. • Comprehensive knowledge of credentialing standards and regulatory requirements. • Experience working in a health plan or health system is highly desirable. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with NCQA, URAC, or Joint Commission standards. • Certification in Credentialing (e.g., CPCS or CPMSM) is a plus.
