Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Bilingual Telecaller (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, excellent client-handling abilities, and a persuasive approach to build meaningful customer connections. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services and provide information. • Effectively communicate in English and Hindi to understand and address customer needs. • Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information. • Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful customers. • Demonstrate good convincing skills to influence customer decisions positively. • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed set targets and objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements: • Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written). • Strong convincing and client-handling skills. • Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred. • A professional and confident phone demeanor. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Basic computer literacy for data entry and communication tools.

Salary: ?12,000 to ?15,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
