Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
 Research and identify potential clients using online tools, CRM databases, and industry resources.
 Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Outreach and Engagement
 Initiate contact with prospects through cold emails, calls, and social media messages.
 Create personalized outreach strategies to spark interest in the companyÂs product or service.
3. Lead Qualification
 Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
 Use established criteria to qualify leads and assess their fit for the product/service.
 Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up and closure.
4. Scheduling and Coordination
 Arrange product demos or meetings for prospects with senior sales representatives.
 Ensure seamless communication between prospects and the sales team.
5. CRM and Data Management
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
 Analyze and report on lead conversion metrics to improve processes.
6. Collaboration
 Partner with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and promotions.
 Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
7. Performance Monitoring
 Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and leads qualified.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
 BachelorÂs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
 1Â3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Skills
 Communication Skills
 Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with diverse clients effectively.
 Sales and Negotiation Skills
 Understanding of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections. Confidence in presenting ideas and value propositions.
 Tech-Savviness
 Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. Familiarity with outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, and analytics software.
 Organizational Skills
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a well-organized pipeline.
 Self-Motivation and Discipline
 Capacity to work independently in a remote environment. Time management skills to meet deadlines and KPIs.
 Adaptability
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to learn about the companyÂs products/services and adapt to changing strategies.
 Interpersonal Skills
 Ability to build rapport with prospects and establish trust over digital channels.
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
 Familiarity with industry-specific trends or markets.
 Multilingual skills can be a bonus, depending on the target market.
