 Achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion and activities, focusing exclusively on warm leadsÂno cold calling involved.
 Utilize CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM and Open Dental to track patient interactions and maintain organized records.
 Collaborate with colleagues in sales and marketing to align on patient needs and provide exceptional service.
Required Skills
 Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the healthcare or dental sector.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing empathy and professionalism.
 Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in an independent work environment.
 Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is advantageous) and standard office software.
