Responsibilities
 Provide timely and effective live chat support to resolve inquiries and issues from students, parents, and staff.
 Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers in a virtual environment.
 Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system.
 Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues swiftly.
 Assist in developing knowledge base articles and resources to improve customer self-service options.
 Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the overall support process.
 Other related duties as assigned to improve customer support and engagement.
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
 Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in an educational setting.

 Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with a calm and professional demeanor.
