What youÂll be doing...
As an HR Operations Content Management Consultant, you will support the Content Management System (CMS) by enabling end-to-end solutions. You will have the responsibility to create, maintain, and update CMS processes, partnering with GTS (Global Technical Services) and HR Workstreams to design and integrate the functionality and a seamless user experience to support the platform. When the Content Management System changes in technology tools, you will create the business User Acceptance Testing plans, work through design, testing, training and implementation for the needed solution. You will work in a cross-functional and cross-organizational environment to facilitate and deliver the business solutions needed. This is a Home-based Role with occasional meetings and training in office as needed
Responsibilities:  Working with HR Workstreams to build and maintain new and current Drupal CMS Web pages using HTML  Identifying, owning, and driving resolutions to content author and HR inquiries  Providing testing support for GTS functionality enhancements and Bug Resolution  Maintaining the New and Existing Digital Badge Program deployment in partnership with GTS  Maintaining the Content Management System Governance Processes  Creating and analyzing of Monthly Scorecard using Adobe Analytics for Page Metrics and Insights  Understanding operational business processes and opportunities across HR Operations  Developing, training and transitioning to production support teams after implementation and stabilization
YouÂll need to have:
 Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant work experience
 Experience with Drupal CMS (version 9 or higher)
 Experience as a digital user experience
 Experience supporting Drupal System Upgrades
 Experience working with cross-functional teams
 Experience with Agile and Sprint Methodologies
 Advanced HTML Experience
 Knowledge of JIRA and Confluent
 Experience with Adobe Analytics
 Experience in communicating (written and spoken) highly technical, multi-faceted solutions to business partners in a simple, understandable manner
 Experience with strategic solutions and/or systems integration design and solutions
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
 MasterÂs degree
 Understanding of the Employee Life Cycle and supporting processes.
 Ability to manage and balance business and technical requirements
 Demonstrated interpersonal communication, organization and project management skills
 Experience managing large-scale programs with end-to-end accountability
 Communication, organization, and negotiation skills with the ability to successfully work multiple projects simultaneously
 Experience using Google G-Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Applications
Where youÂll be working
In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.
