Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Data Entry/Office Assistant to join our team in a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and supporting office operations. This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Data Entry & Management: Â Accurately enter and update data into various systems, databases, or spreadsheets. Â Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing and correcting data as needed. Â Organize and maintain electronic files for easy access and retrieval. Administrative Support: Â Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Â Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required. Â Support the team in daily office operations, including managing emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries. Document Handling: Â Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes. Â Scan, file, and store documents in a digital format. Record Keeping: Â Maintain up-to-date records for administrative and operational tasks. Â Support other departments with basic administrative needs as necessary. Communication: Â Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Â Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Other Duties: Â Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; associateÂs or bachelorÂs degree preferred. Â Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or related field. Â Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Â Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy. Â Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment. Â Strong written and verbal communication skills. Â Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Â Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Â Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work. Preferred Qualifications: Â Experience working in a remote environment.
