We are excited to offer a flexible, remote Art Therapist position, with both part-time and full-time options available. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, with a minimum caseload of 10 hours per week. We offer both 1099 and W2 employment options, so you can choose the arrangement that works best for you.

Compensation and Benefits
• Starting at $57 per hour
• Paid indirect time and administrative hours based on caseload

Skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable using technology, including computers, PowerPoint, Zoom, and healthcare databases
• Proficiency in administering teletherapy assessments

Responsibilities
• Provide teletherapy services to children, utilizing art therapy techniques to meet treatment goals
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient needs and progress
• Develop individualized therapeutic interventions that align with each patient’s goals and needs
• Coordinate and deliver art therapy programs for diverse patient groups and communities
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of patient conditions, care plans, therapy sessions, and progress
• Report on patient progress to caregivers, teachers, medical professionals, and insurance providers as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal and state therapy regulations
• Maintain current state and national licenses

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Art Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Must hold a valid LPC or LPCC license, along with certification as an Art Therapist (ATR) or Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) by the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB). A valid state-issued license is required where applicable.

Education Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Art Therapy or related field

Experience Requirements
• At least 1 year of teletherapy experience preferred
• Prior experience working with children as an Art Therapist
• Strong understanding of a variety of conditions, their causes, and available treatments
