Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions
• Engage with website visitors to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate resources
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services
• Work collaboratively with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in training sessions to develop your skills in customer interaction and product knowledge
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while assisting customers online

Requirements
• No prior experience in customer service or chat support is required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
