Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist with sales and upselling of products
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area

Restock anything and everything at daily basis.

Qualifications
• Experience in cash handling is preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Knowledge of retail math concepts
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for order accuracy
• Previous experience in a café ,fast food or kitchen setting would be beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
