Overnight Customer Service Representative
Posted 2025-04-06Our client a message service company right outside of Springfield, MA is looking for a overnight Customer Service Representative to work an 11pm-7am overnight shift on Wednesday's and a 3pm-6pm afternoon shift on Saturdays. There could also be a chance that a Thursday 11PM-7AM opening could be opening up as well. Pay would be $17.50/hr and being that it is an overnight shift, the phones are usually not that busy. The calls that are coming in have to be taken and the messages need to be passed on to the client companies, so that they get the messages the next morning.
Duties:
 Answer calls and take messages overnight to pass on to client companies
 Utilize computerized systems to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records
 Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
 Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and talk time goals
 Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
Qualifications:  High school diploma  Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems  Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills  Experience in data entry and clerical tasks  Strong typing skills for quick and accurate responses  Driver's License (Required)  Ability to arrive on time and work an overnight schedule including one night over the weekends as well
