As a Manager, Social Media Strategy & Activation at Disney Experiences, you will lead our Consumer Products in-house paid and organic Social Media team. Your leadership role will be pivotal in nurturing talent and ensuring that each team member reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities:  Lead paid/organic social ecommerce strategy for Direct-to-Consumer Retail and drive this forward  Manage and lead a team across paid and organic social media for consumer products businesses  Support team and influence organization to run using optimal campaign and ad setup, including best practices for product data feeds
You should have extensive experience with social media platforms and related tools, as well as a strong understanding of online/offline data and analytics. A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required, with a background in Marketing, Business, Social Media, Analytics, or Statistics being a plus. Requirements:  10+ years digital marketing with ecommerce experience  Extensive experience with social media platforms and related tools  Understanding of online/offline data including its use in the digital and social space About Us:
