Job Overview

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, communication abilities, and sales support expertise.

Responsibilities
• Market analysis to identify sales opportunities
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide necessary information
• Assist in business development activities to drive growth
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Support the sales team in achieving targets
• Collaborate with the technical sales team to align solutions with client needs

Requirements
• Prior experience in sales or account management is preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Knowledge of technology sales and solutions is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time
