Senior Freelance IT Recruiter - 100% remote
We are looking for a experienced IT recruiters with at least 3 years of experience and with the will to work in a freelance way with commisiones based on performance.
Key responsibilities: Â Manage and execute the complete IT profile recruitment process. Â Identify and attract qualified talent through different recruitment channels. Â Conduct telephone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical and cultural competencies of candidates. Â Collaborate with team leaders to understand specific needs and position requirements. Â Manage the candidate database, keeping information updated and organized. Â Provide reports and analysis on the progress of selection processes to talent management teams. Â Participate in the continuous improvement of IT talent attraction and selection strategies.
Requirements: Â University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field. Â Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a specific focus on IT profiles. Â In-depth knowledge of the labor market and trends in the technology sector. Â Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Â Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously and meet established deadlines. Â Experience with recruiting and candidate management tools (ATS). Â Ability to work autonomously and in a remote environment.
