 As a Senior Director of National Sales, youÂll be responsible for leading and building our relationship with strategic national distributors, brokers and for accelerating our growth in Retail.

 You will work with 120+ distributors to get our brands to small stores across the USA.
 Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 7 direct reports and a large cross-functional team to deliver results that matter.
 Oversee a 120+ distributor network to grow sales, increase volume, and maximize profits in the beverage category.
 Deliver the annual business plan and identify growth levers to exceed key performance metrics.
 Collaborate with key retail sales leaders across the Drug, Value, and Convenience Retail teams to unlock growth opportunities and drive mutual success across multiple channels.
 Partner with our Broker partner to execute with excellence.
 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level Merchants.
 Lead the modernization of our distributor network, turning partnerships into strategic, future-focused collaborations through digitization, data innovation, and optimizing investments.
 Execute impactful business initiatives on time, monitoring performance to ensure success and adjust strategies as needed.
 Be a thought leader, culture champion, and part of the Emerging Channels Leadership Team.
Requirements:  MBA preferred.  Must have BachelorÂs Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.  10+ Years Strategic Sales & Operations Experience  At least 4 years experience leading large sales teams.  Solid work experience in Retail, Supply Chain or Customer.  Proven experience building win-win relationships with distributors and brokers in the beverage industry.
