• As a Senior Director of National Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading and building our relationship with strategic national distributors, brokers and for accelerating our growth in Retail.

• You will work with 120+ distributors to get our brands to small stores across the USA.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 7 direct reports and a large cross-functional team to deliver results that matter.
• Oversee a 120+ distributor network to grow sales, increase volume, and maximize profits in the beverage category.
• Deliver the annual business plan and identify growth levers to exceed key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with key retail sales leaders across the Drug, Value, and Convenience Retail teams to unlock growth opportunities and drive mutual success across multiple channels.
• Partner with our Broker partner to execute with excellence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level Merchants.
• Lead the modernization of our distributor network, turning partnerships into strategic, future-focused collaborations through digitization, data innovation, and optimizing investments.
• Execute impactful business initiatives on time, monitoring performance to ensure success and adjust strategies as needed.
• Be a thought leader, culture champion, and part of the Emerging Channels Leadership Team.

Requirements: • MBA preferred. • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience. • 10+ Years Strategic Sales & Operations Experience • At least 4 years experience leading large sales teams. • Solid work experience in Retail, Supply Chain or Customer. • Proven experience building win-win relationships with distributors and brokers in the beverage industry.
