About the role: We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Easy Recruiter. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing data with precision. Key Responsibilities: Â Process all invoices in INFOR with utmost care and attention to detail. Â Verify GL Coding and Purchase Order creation as required, ensuring seamless execution. Â Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for timely approval. Â Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for processed invoices. Â Collaborate with the Admin Office Manager as needed, providing support for various tasks.
Additional Requirements: Â Prior experience in data entry is essential, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Â Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must, with advanced knowledge preferred. Â Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration. Â Familiarity with office equipment and supplies is also required. Â A pre-placement drug/alcohol screen must be passed prior to hiring.
