• *About the Role:**

The Online Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Solve customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers as needed.

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $14-$22 per hour, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
