Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the finance industry to identify the best talent for our clients  Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit  Leverage various sourcing methods to find and attract high-caliber executive candidates  Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the highest level of candidate experience and client satisfaction  Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment success and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
 Extensive experience in executive recruitment, preferably within the finance sector
 A proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates
 Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates
 Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
 Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team
 Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms for sourcing and managing candidates
Qualifications
 Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field
 At least 5 years of executive recruitment experience, with a focus on finance-related roles
 Strong negotiation and closing skills
 Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
