Remote Customer Account Advisor

Key Responsibilities: ⢠Client Support: Serve as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering strong client relationships. ⢠Solution Delivery: Coordinate the implementation of insurance solutions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time completion. ⢠Collaboration: Work with internal teams to communicate client needs and assist in onboarding new clients. ⢠Reporting: Provide regular updates on client projects and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications: ⢠Experience in client services, account coordination, or a similar role in insurance. ⢠Excellent communication and organizational skills, with remote work proficiency. ⢠Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
