We’re looking for a self-motivated Customer Account Advisor to support our insurance clients remotely. This 1099 contract role involves coordinating client solutions, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth service experience in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Client Support: Serve as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering strong client relationships. • Solution Delivery: Coordinate the implementation of insurance solutions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time completion. • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to communicate client needs and assist in onboarding new clients. • Reporting: Provide regular updates on client projects and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications: • Experience in client services, account coordination, or a similar role in insurance. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with remote work proficiency. • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
