Job Summary:
Are you an obsessive organizer who thrives in a nontraditional setting? Come work with our team of Amazon experts as a Customer Service Agent. WeÂre looking for a consistent, committed, and detailed person to grow with us.
Providing White Glove Service to Customers: we are a multi-brand ecommerce company providing online customer service for a range of brands sold on Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc. You will be answering questions for our clients on the various ecommerce platforms, making routine quality control checks of the listings. This role requires strong customer service skills as well as excellent time management and planning skills. You will be working with a team of customer experience agents so that our clients portfolios are covered 24/7, so communication and organization skills are a must to ensure efficient and effective handoff between team members.
Essential Functions:
 Customer support for all white glove clients
 Creating and repurposing content for Amazon Posts and scheduling posts for our clients
 Assisting Analytics in reports and data downloads
 This role also requires strong time management, excellent planning skills, and the ability to work with others to achieve a common goal.

 Wrike, Teamwork Desk, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Google Apps experience, Amazon Seller Central, and a love for technology and efficiency in general
 Contribute strategically in virtual staff huddles and monthly All Hands meetings

 This role will work very closely with fast-moving entrepreneurs who expect their team to be at the top of their game. Must be willing to work flexible hours, handle fires, and learn new technologies/marketing techniques when required for growth, all within a wrapper of high ethics and responsibility
Qualification Requirements:  Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software  Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike  Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS  Hands-on individual, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges  Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets  Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results driven, team oriented environment  Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment and being part of a fast growing company  Must be proficient in English and Spanish with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing  We are looking for someone that can work with us long term and get to know our clients in depth and provide creative solutions  Someone with experience in the ecommerce / Amazon platform preferred  Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus  Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients  Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets and budgets.  This position is remote.
This is a part-time position initially, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in a few months. Candidates must be available to work in a U.S. timezone.
