We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Chat Support Agent to join our team at AmeriNet. As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information about products and services • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications: • Excellent written communication skills • Previous customer service experience preferred • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficiency in typing and computer skills

Experience:
