Responsibilities
 Enter and organize user data and organizational information into the system with high accuracy
 Assist the development team in building tools to support data migration and application setup
 Provide support to end users, ensuring their credentials and accounts are properly established
 Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues
 Work a shift that aligns with assigned divisions (shift options: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST)
