Description:
• Responsible for leading and building relationships with strategic national distributors and brokers.
• Drive the success of a large distributor business and a retail sales team.
• Oversee a 120+ distributor network to grow sales and maximize profits.
• Collaborate with retail sales leaders to unlock growth opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior-level Merchants.
• Lead the modernization of the distributor network through digitization and data innovation.
• Execute impactful business initiatives on time, monitoring performance to ensure success.

Requirements: • MBA preferred. • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience. • 10+ Years Strategic Sales & Operations Experience. • At least 4 years experience leading large sales teams. • Solid work experience in Retail, Supply Chain or Customer. • Proven experience building win-win relationships with distributors and brokers in the beverage industry.
