About the Role:

Hire LBS is seeking a proactive and driven Remote Sales Associate to join our team! As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in outbound calling, building connections, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to introduce products or services and generate interest. • Engage potential customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. • Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts. • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including call targets and conversion goals. • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and market trends to deliver effective sales pitches. • Provide feedback to the management team to enhance lead quality and overall sales processes.

• Strong communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.

• Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
