Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members receive exceptional support. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate in both English and a second language, providing assistance through inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
 Respond to inbound calls from members, managing 40 or more calls per day.
 Translate written documentation and provide spoken interpretation during meetings or representational proceedings as needed.
 Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and our members.
Required Skills
 Bilingual fluency in English and another language, such as Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean, is highly desired.
 Strong customer service skills, with a minimum of 1 year of direct experience in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency in computer and technical skills, enabling effective communication and documentation.
 Critical thinking abilities to address and resolve member inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
 A stable work history with minimal employment gaps is preferred.
 Previous experience in a call center or relevant customer service roles is advantageous.
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications related to customer service are a plus.

Compensation And Benefits
 Competitive pay ranging from (24.81 (English Only) to )26.42 (Multilingual).
