HOURS: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
PAY RATE: $15-16.50/hr. DOE
CPS Recruitment is partnering with a premier health care facility in Syracuse, NY to find a Transportation Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of their team! In this role you will arrange transportation for individuals needing to attend non-emergency medical appointments.

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
 Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
 Analyze transportation scenarios to determine the optimal solution
 Process service requests and create authorizations
 Assist with vendor relations
 Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree is Communications, English, Public Relations, or related field, or the equivalent preferred  Exceptional customer service, planning and organizational skills  Able to work with management  Excellent customer service skills  Able to handle difficult calls
