Customer Service Representative

Hours: M-F, 8-5 | Pay: $25 - $28/hr DOE

Are you a detail-oriented customer service professional with a knack for handling fast-paced environments? Join a stable, well-established company with a big-business feel and a family-friendly atmosphere! We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support client needs and facilitate smooth, timely shipments. This is a temporary to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities: • Accurately enter and maintain sales orders, and process paperwork for daily shipments. • Coordinate customer requests, including quoting and tracking expedite orders. • Communicate product details and updates with customers via phone and email. • Monitor customer portals to ensure timely response to order changes and requests. • Support production scheduling, handle Return Material Authorizations, and prepare regular management reports. • Assist with data analysis, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: • 2-4+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing. • Strong Excel and computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate's or relevant 2-year degree required.
