Staff Accountant - Payroll Specialist

• Staff Accountant – Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, tax compliance, benefits reconciliation, and key accounting functions.
• This role ensures accurate payroll execution while supporting financial reporting and month-end close processes.

Requirements: • 1+ years of experience with Accounting & AP systems (NetSuite highly preferred) • Experience with Excel and Google Suite preferred • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required • Minimum 1 year of general accounting experience; multi-location experience strongly preferred • Experience within the Healthcare industry is preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization (internal & external) • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment, new systems, software, and processes
