Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Amazon eCommerce Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the growth of our marketplace-driven brands and products on Amazon. The ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on experience scaling products on Amazon and can develop data-driven models around pricing, promotional strategy, and product development to drive long-term sales forecasts and demand planning. The Amazon eCommerce Manager will be responsible for driving volume through the effective execution of key initiatives across multiple teams, utilizing tools like Stackline Atlas/BeaconPro, Pacvue Ads/Commerce, and Helium 10 to analyze the competitive landscape and inform decision-making. This individual will work cross-functionally with our Amazon marketing department/agency, data team, supply chain team, and finance team to optimize and scale our Amazon operations. What youÂll be doing:  Assists with growth of marketplace driven brands on Amazon  Manages on-site experience, back-end catalog, product creation, marketing initiatives, promotional calendar, and product development process  Utilizes tools like Stackline, Pacvue, and Helium 10 to track consumer behavior, search trends, and category level data  Works with data/analyst team to integrate all available data to:  Create pricing/promotional models to drive volume  Develop long term sales forecasts and demand plans  Identify product opportunities  Oversees relationship with agency and marketing to maximize ad performance and execution  Coordinates product launches cross-functionally with internal teams  Coordinates with DTC team to find optimal Amazon/DTC marketing & pricing mix to drive volume  Assists with expansion on Amazon international marketplaces (CA, UK, EU, MX) Qualifications:  3+ years of Amazon account management experience with at least 1 year of Vendor Central experience  Ability to work independently and fully own multiple projects and priorities simultaneously  Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.  Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of making data-backed decisions.  Strong technical acumen and data-driven mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments  Ability to apply sound, independent judgment and discretion on matters of substantial importance to the company in performing duties, resolving complex problems, and interpreting policies and regulations Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with Pacvue, Stackline, and Helium10  Experience in managing within the furniture or home categories.  Experience using AI tools to assist with tasks like writing copy and image generation  Familiarity with Amazon's A9 algorithm and search engine optimization (SEO) for Amazon listings.  Experience with international Amazon Channels (UK, EU, CA, MX) and Direct Import Program What We Offer (subject to eligibility requirements):  Remote-first workplace (since 2016!)  Competitive Salary  Health, Vision & Dental Insurance  HSA company contributions  401K with company match component  Take what you need Paid Time Off  Wellness benefits  WFH office and cell phone/internet stipend  A FREE MATTRESS plus an awesome Friends and Family discount!
