Description:  BaubleBar designs accessories that make life more fun.  Seeking a Full-Time Temporary Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team.  Help with various administrative and accounting tasks for a 3-6 month project.  Requires close attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.  Accurately record transactions in Excel.  Verify invoice details against purchase orders; summarize exceptions for further review.  Maintain organized and accurate records following internal file organization system.  Assist in audit preparation.  Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed. Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Netsuite, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.)  Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus  Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.) Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00 am- 6:00 pm EST Benefits:
