Job Description
The Sr. Associate Developer (Central) will be responsible for:
 Collaborating in the management and execution of the development of utility scale renewable energy projects from greenfield to COD
 Collaborate with engineering team and external consultants to evaluate site layouts and constraints, technology options, schedule implications, interconnection applications and studies
 Direct and conduct due diligence on development-stage project and portfolio acquisitions, including comparison and prioritisation of multiple opportunities based on common siting, permitting, interconnection, power-marketing and other project metrics
 Manage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns
 Manage external stakeholders supporting property and sales tax abatement efforts
 Manage occasional permitting activities with support from other team members
 Prepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses

The Successful Applicant
The Sr. Associate Developer (Central) will have
 (2-3) year's experience in renewable energy industry with full life-cycle development
 Direct experience with utility scale solar, storage or wind projects in the U.S.
 Experience with land development: landowner engagement, and negotiation/contracting, title resolution, agricultural land use/water restrictions
 Knowledge of governmental mandates, environmental regulations or customer/market signals that impact or facilitate new development of renewable projects
 Bachelor's degree is required

What's on Offer
The Sr. Associate Developer (Central) will be eligible for
$100,000 - $140,000 base salary
Annual bonuses + Project Milestone Bonuses (Pay out at NTP/COD)
