We are looking for a GTM Enablement Specialist who will play a pivotal role in equipping our GTM teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to successfully understand how to message, how to use, and how to articulate the value of Loopio.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Revenue, you will have a unique opportunity to work across multiple teams (e.g. GTM teams, Product Marketing) to design and implement enablement programs for customer facing teams focused on bringing new products, features, and services to market. You will also work collaboratively with other Revenue Enablement team members to design a cohesive content strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
 Develop, maintain, and iterate content to be leveraged in onboarding, ongoing training, and continuous learning for deeper product knowledge
 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program, process, and product updates by developing and implementing specialized training programs for revenue teams
 Establish a cadence for ongoing enablement activities and documentation creation, ensuring alignment with product roadmap
 Manage the full lifecycle of the revenue enablement program, focusing on launch, reinforcement, and sustainability phases to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
 Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs and content, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product knowledge
 Develop content, playbooks, and collateral that help drive process alignment and knowledge across the revenue teams
 Craft new messaging and refine existing content to effectively communicate the unique value of our platform to customer-facing teams.
 Lead initiatives related to GTM launches and product releases, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and providing measurable insights into program success.
 Support the enablement tech stack across CMS, LMS, and productivity tools
 Leverage our suite of enablement and sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivity
What You'll Bring to the Team
 2+ years of enablement experience in a SaaS company
 2+ years of customer-facing experience a plus (e.g., sales, customer success, consulting)
 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
 An enablement expert over a product expert, with strong stakeholder management with technical experts
 A high degree of organization and attention to detail
 Exceptional communication skills in the areas of writing, editing, and presenting
 Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training content and programs that drive measurable results.
 Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
 Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo are a plus
Where You'll Work
 Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We have two Hub Regions, which means that employees live and work within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario) or Vancouver (within British Columbia) and work within regular business hours in their timezone.
 LoopioÂs office headquarters are located in TorontoÂs vibrant Kensington Market. All Loopers have the option to work from home. Ontario Loopers have the option to work in the Toronto HQ and BC Loopers may work from our co-working office in Gastown Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
