UPS is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Chat Sales Agent. This is a part-time, remote position where you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers through chat, providing assistance and helping them with their sales inquiries. You'll play an essential role in creating a seamless experience for our customers while promoting UPS products and services. Key Responsibilities: Â Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. Â Assist customers in selecting UPS products and services that meet their needs. Â Provide detailed information about shipping options, pricing, and delivery times. Â Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Â Upsell and cross-sell UPS products and services where appropriate. Â Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Â Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications: Â Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and professionally. Â Previous experience in sales, customer service, or chat support is preferred. Â Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
