JOB SUMMARY
As a Managing Producer for Photography Rights and Clearances, you are an integral part of the stories we create and the images we make on a daily basis. You have the opportunity to work closely with photo producers, creatives, and business affairs on a variety of project types. The successful candidate is looking to be part of a tight-knit and collaborative team, and seeks out opportunities to exceed the high expectations already set for our work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Allocates and manages tasks to the Associate Rights + Clearance Producer(s)
• Oversee all Rights and Clearances work across all projects and product lines
• Work with Senior Project Managers on tool development and system improvement
• Work with Cross-Functional leads across Apple as the Marcom Photography representative and approving the use of our work
• Receive, process, and assist with all clearance requests for photography assets
• Proficient in contract and usage language with the ability to speak to Senior BA and Legal leads about our work
• Manage the tracking of all cleared assets and licensed imagery
• Execute photo and talent upgrades
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in photo production, art buying, or work within a creative agency.
• You are a strong and collaborative leader with a passion to build cross-functional relationships
• You are process and detail-oriented, you sweat the small stuff with us
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable with ambiguity
• You are a self-starter and quick learner with the ability to work independently
• Strong ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
• You are able to work with stakeholders where varying opinions are the norm
• You offer creative solutions to problems and are able to compromise without impacting the work
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree required
