Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & Spanish) for Tax Relief Company

Remote call center is looking to hire an English/Spanish bilingual call center representative that will follow a script to assist callers with tax issues.

This is a remote position so you must have good quality internet.

You will be developing a personal relationship with our callers so you must have strong people skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Acts as a facilitator between referral sources and our fulfillment providers regarding IRS tax debt and other financial or tax related services • Consistently gains customer commitment throughout the referral process • Develops and maintains positive relationships with key referral sources • Act as a liaison between service providers and the customer • Draft communications to prospective customers (text) • Accurately refer clients to the appropriate provider organization • Maintains thorough understanding of competitors' strengths and weaknesses and USPs of our partners

Job Qualifications and Requirements: • Fluent in both English and Spanish • A minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience preferred • Preferred experience in customer service, call centers, sales • Experience in developing text and all strategies • Excellent speaking, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to establish and develop relationships with leads • Ability to clearly communicate with customers through phone call and email • Results driven - documented success in exceeding goals or objectives. • High School Diploma required • Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled • Job Type: part time (full time available after trial period)
