Your Role:

As a Remote Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers find the perfect shed, cabin, or carport for their needs. Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Being a Social Media King or Queen! Post listings DAILY on platforms like Facebook, Offer Up, Craigslist, and more to self generate leads that are interested in a Shed, Barn, Cabin, Garage, or Carport!
• Engaging with Customers: Build rapport with potential buyers through calls, texts, chats, and social media interactions. Be a friendly, knowledgeable guide every step of the way.
• Creating Custom Solutions: Use our 3D shed design tool to craft personalized quotes and upsell customers on larger sizes or premium features.
• Processing Orders: Handle rental purchase agreements, finance applications, and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
• Networking Like a Pro: connect with your current and past customers to generate referrals from neighbors and friends, every shed sale should lead to at least one more shed sale via referrals!
• Following Up on Leads: In addition to Self-Generating leads, if you are provided any company-provided leads, work them promptly same day, ensuring every potential buyer feels valued and supported.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• A knack for building relationships and connecting with people.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, email, and social media.
• Familiarity with basic tech tools like email, social media platforms, and online browsers. Must have a Desktop Computer and Printer for this job! You can not do this job on a mobile or tablet only.
• Motivation to hit sales goals and a positive, can-do attitude. No excuses just results! And we're here every step of the way to help you succeed - We train and have a Sales Manager assigned to you to answer any questions you have.
