Responsibilities
 Ensure the safety of all participants during each class
 Set up all necessary equipment for a successful course
 Provide high-quality instruction, ensuring the material is clear and easily understood
 Respond to emergencies, offering appropriate care when needed
 Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues
 Communicate effectively with management teams and facility operators
 Handle equipment inventory, cleaning, and restocking
Qualifications
 High School Diploma
 American Red Cross Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED (or equivalent certification from the American Heart Association)
 CPR, First Aid, AED Instructor Certification or higher (or equivalent certification from the American Heart Association)
 Valid DriverÂs License and reliable transportation
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours

 American Red Cross or equivalent certifications
Experience Requirements
 Minimum of 2+ years of teaching experience preferred
 Availability to work weekends and occasional weekday evenings
 Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
