Special Education Teacher – Full-Time, Competitive Pay with Full Benefits

Hourly Rate: $35 - $40 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. • Provide specialized instruction based on students’ unique needs, promoting academic, social, and behavioral growth. • Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to ensure the success of students with special needs. • Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed. • Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and goals.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. • Valid Special Education teaching certification for the state of Minnesota (K-12). • Experience working with students with disabilities, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and other developmental delays.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Hourly Rate: $35 - $40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
