Directors have experience leading, motivating, and managing, teams to ensure the successful implementation of our client's strategies, initiatives, and objectives. Directors work with internal and external clients to deliver high quality business solutions, balance multiple client priorities, maintain strong relationships with clients, and continuously seek to deliver superior service.

Successful Treliant Directors have experience leading multiple initiatives, providing strategic direction, and working with cross-functional teams to execute innovative business strategies. They also have excellent communication skills, relationship management skills, people manager skills, and the ability to adapt and execute changing priorities.

Qualified individuals have demonstrated a depth of expertise in one or more areas of the firm's practice areas and they possess the attributes of being a team player, exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit, being pleasant to work with, operating with a sense of urgency, and maintaining the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly.
