Dental Center Management

Daily Responsibilities-
- Provide leadership and support to employees in several ways, including development of career plans, problem solving, tracking requirements of the team  hiring as needed in accordance with company policies and practices
- Customer retention efforts: Including regular communication and interaction with customers, resolving issues that arise and managing case progress to ensure completion within company standards
- Ensure quality of locationÂs products continually meets/exceeds company standards
- Collaboration with Accounting, Human Resources, IT and R&D teams to ensure common goal and strategies are maintained
- Organize and establish sales and marketing development strategies, P&L reporting, and lab performance goals, reporting to company senior executive leadership to attain overall revenue goals
Travel Responsibilities-
- Participate in events, tradeshows, and meetings as required
- Meet with existing and prospective customers in relation to sales projects and retention efforts  This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with the job. There may be other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by our executive leadership.*
Qualifications-
Required:
- Experience totaling 5 years or more in a dental lab leadership role with increasing responsibilities
- Budget development and oversight
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Laboratory Information Management software
- Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) software
- Ability to accommodate occasional travel, including overnight
- Valid DriverÂs license
Preferred:
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) and expert in all facets of dental fabrication processes
- Experience leading networks of customer-facing operations
Education Requirements:
- BachelorÂs Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
