Remote Medicare Agency Manager

They will also train and oversee the remote sales staff of a fast-paced, rapidly-growing agency. There is a unlimited opportunity for the right individual who wants to work hard and put the time in.
Responsibilities
 Oversee and manage insurance sales operations, focusing on Medicare products.
 Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
 Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
 Conduct outside sales activities, including negotiations and presentations.
 Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
 Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes.
 Collaborate with team members to enhance sales administration and support efforts.
Qualifications
 Proven experience in insurance sales, particularly in Medicare products
 Strong communication and negotiation skills
 Ability to excel in outside sales and retail environments
 Proficiency in sales administration and analysis
 Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
 Familiarity with marketing, customer service, and HIPAA regulations
 Experience in benefits administration and telemarketing is advantageous

Pay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
