Payroll Administrator - Lead

 Support AnthologyÂs global payroll operations
 Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries
 Assist in driving payroll functions, managing vendor relationships, and supporting a team of payroll professionals
 Prepare and process payroll for AnthologyÂs employees globally, ensuring compliance with regulations
 Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures
 Assist in payroll integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
 Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals
 Partner with HR, accounting, tax, legal, and other functional areas
 Support payroll activities for expansion into new international locations
 Develop and monitor internal controls to report financial information for the payroll department
 Manage relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring high-quality service
 Oversee year-end processes, including filing and issuance of year-end forms
Requirements:  BachelorÂs degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience  At least 7 years of experience in payroll  At least 3 years of experience in global payroll operations  Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach  Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management  Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)  Fluency in written and spoken English  Proven experience with UKG payroll and time tracking (Workforce Management) (strongly preferred)  Familiarity in payroll regulations for India, Colombia, Czech Republic, and the US (strongly preferred)  CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification  Proficiency in a second language
