Payroll Administrator - Lead

Description:
• Support Anthology’s global payroll operations
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries
• Assist in driving payroll functions, managing vendor relationships, and supporting a team of payroll professionals
• Prepare and process payroll for Anthology’s employees globally, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures
• Assist in payroll integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
• Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals
• Partner with HR, accounting, tax, legal, and other functional areas
• Support payroll activities for expansion into new international locations
• Develop and monitor internal controls to report financial information for the payroll department
• Manage relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring high-quality service
• Oversee year-end processes, including filing and issuance of year-end forms

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience • At least 7 years of experience in payroll • At least 3 years of experience in global payroll operations • Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and relationship management • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) • Fluency in written and spoken English • Proven experience with UKG payroll and time tracking (Workforce Management) (strongly preferred) • Familiarity in payroll regulations for India, Colombia, Czech Republic, and the US (strongly preferred) • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification • Proficiency in a second language
