The Lead Quality Assurance Analyst plays a crucial role in providing both process and technical QA leadership for application functions within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that user requirements are met and that all releases to production are free of defects. The analyst will oversee the performance of systems and changes to ensure they operate as expected without negatively impacting operations. This involves developing and enforcing QA policies and procedures, incorporating industry best practices, and conducting root cause analysis to measure and enhance the effectiveness of QA execution. Additionally, the Lead Quality Assurance Analyst will supervise a team of analysts, managing their priorities, resource allocation, deliverables, and tasks related to application functions. Key responsibilities include researching and testing defects in both production and development environments, analyzing performance test results to identify root causes, and making recommendations for optimization. The analyst will also investigate, document, and define test requirements for system defects, enhancements, and requests. Performance testing support is a critical aspect of this role, ensuring that test plans and scenarios are aligned with requirements, design, and development artifacts to meet user needs. The Lead Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure that testing environments and configurations are adequate and controlled, coordinating with other teams to mitigate overlapping needs. Collaboration with development teams is essential to review the quality and effectiveness of development processes. The analyst will also be responsible for developing and reviewing functional, system, integration, regression, and load testing plans and scripts as necessary, while establishing QA processes and guidelines to enhance overall quality assurance practices.
Responsibilities
 Research and test defects in production and development environments.

 Analyze performance test results, determine the root cause, and make optimization recommendations.

 Investigate, research, and document the test requirements for system defects, enhancements, and requests.

 Provide performance testing support.

 Ensure test plans and scenarios utilize requirements, design, and development artifacts to ensure user requirements in scope are satisfied.

 Ensure required testing environments and configurations are adequate and controlled to meet the needs of the department.

 Collaborate with development teams to review development quality and effectiveness.

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
,
 8 years of experience in offered or similar position.
,
 4 years of experience with Loadrunner, monitoring tools, and CI/CD tools.
