The Role
The Talent Brand Senior Specialist is a passionate demand-generation marketer who will support the SoFi talent acquisition team to attract, engage, and nurture talent by developing and executing highly targeted, multi-channel marketing strategies in key hiring markets. This person will be a critical part of helping to establish SoFi as a destination for top talent in the fintech industry.
This person is a creative storyteller who will bring innovative ideas that will help SoFi reach and engage our target audiences through search, social, email, events, and partnerships.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with data, is a self-starter, and feels a personal connection to our mission of helping our members achieve financial independence to realize their ambitions. They thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where they can make an impact - on their careers, on SoFi, and on the entire fintech industry.
What YouÂll Do
Execution
 Plan and implement recruitment marketing strategies to build awareness and leads for key hiring areas
Internal Metric: Help reach goal that by EOY 5% of all 2021 SoFi hires are marketing influenced
 Create and implement strategies for building and nurturing a SoFi Talent Community.
Internal Metric: Build a database of at least 5,000 for current/future roles
 Plan and manage email campaigns and newsletters
Internal Metric: Run a minimum of 10 email marketing campaigns per quarter through Hubspot to (1) re-engage previous applicants and/or (2) move prospects through recruitment funnel from awareness to decision
 Market and test recruitment marketing messages across multiple channels.
Internal Metric: channels include, but are not limited to: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Zoom, Blogs, SEO, Glassdoor, Indeed, other external job boards, 3rd party partnerships, email marketing, career site, etc.
 Partner with recruiting and business leaders to enrich job descriptions for key roles
 Work collaboratively with Recruiting, Employee Experience, and the greater People team to stay aligned on shared goals/initiatives.
Research/Reporting
 Research marketing and advertising trends in the fintech and tech industries and use insights to influence future recruitment marketing strategies
 Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
 Keep abreast of new trends in social media
 Track, measure and report on campaign results on a weekly basis. Optimize and iterate based on insights collected to further maximize campaign ROI
Internal Metric: Run at least 50 campaign tactics per quarterTactic = 1 email, 1 ad, 1 event, etc
 Create and share monthly reports on key recruitment marketing campaigns with stakeholders within the Recruiting org and the business
 Support greater Talent Brand team in developing team-specific value propositions.
 Generate monthly updates for Staff in the form of email updates and presentations (when necessary)
 Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
What YouÂll Need
 4+ years of experience as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist
 BachelorÂs Degree
 In-depth knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies
 Hands on experience with recruitment marketing software, preferably with Hubspot
 Comfortable analyzing and synthesizing data
 Can use data to create actionable insights
 Self-starter
 Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
 Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills
 Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidateÂs experience, skills, and location.
