System One is seeking an Epic Client Systems Administrator to join their team. This permanent opportunity offers a full benefits package, including extensive retirement and full health, dental, and vision.
This role involves installing and maintaining Epic Systems client servers and applications. Key responsibilities include:
 Maintaining server performance and troubleshooting issues.
 Applying hot fixes, security updates, and service packs.
 Ensuring the integrity of Epic client systems backups and verifying restores.
 Managing security and maintaining environments for production, reporting, disaster recovery, training, and non-production needs.
 Testing failover procedures for high availability.
 Engaging in capacity planning exercises to ensure adequate system resources.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Information Systems, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relatable experience. They must also hold an Epic Client System Manager Certification.
Additional requirements include working knowledge of MS Windows server OS concepts, MS Windows server design and tuning in a virtual environment, server backup and recovery strategies, high availability design and management, and healthcare operational knowledge.
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year is offered, depending on experience, plus additional compensation based on individual contributions.
